Through Sowing My Tears, Reaping His Joy, Marion inspires us to . . . .

  • Cast our cares upon the Lord rather than bear the burden of heartache alone.
  • Know that when reality is permanently altered, it is possible to live joyfully in a new normal.
  • Forgive those who have misjudged us and hurt us with their words.

Reader's Comments:

I am the parent of an autistic child.  I thought that the book was inspiring and enlightening.  I would recommend the book to anyone, especially those with children with autism and other special needs.  Josephine Alderson

This is a refreshing Christ-centered story that empowers those of us who feel so alone with our children with special needs. Who among us has not sown countless tears for our children? This enlightened story not only encouraged me greatly but also reminded me that Christ is still on the throne. I am thankful to have found such a powerful testimony.
Lori E. Kula

Sowing My Tears Reaping His Joy is relevant and sensitive.  It provides practical wisdom for those with or without children with special needs.  This book also gives us a realistic taste of what life can be like for families of children with special challenges.  Elli Snyder, RN, BCN, Clinical Care

Marion Witcher's book, Sowing My Tears, Reaping His Joy is truly an inspiring, up front testimony of how to be strong when going through trials. This is a must read for anyone who needs to be uplifted and encouraged. She opens the windows of her life and becomes completely transparent. Through that you truly see God's grace, His love, and power demonstrated. Once you start reading this book, you won't want to put it down and you'll be so blessed when you finish it.  Phil and Brenda Nicholas, Nicholas Ministries

Sowing My Tears, Reaping His Joy is a book of hope and comfort for all people.  Parents of challenged youth, particularly parents who are discouraged, will be especially blessed.  Page after page,  Marion takes off her mask, shares her heart, and reveals the source of her emotional healing and spiritual growth.  This book is a must read!  Dr. Marva L. Mitchell,   Author,  It Takes a Church to Raise a Village

Marion's words are not only personable and enlightening, but they offer healing for wounded hearts and souls. The book is a salve to be spread on hurting people everywhere. Ella Coleman, Publisher, Purpose Magazine

Marion is a mother who shares about her experience of being a parent of a child with autism. I liked her book because although she tells her story from a faith-based perspective, she does not preach to me. She simply inspires me.  Also, some Christian authors are so heavenly minded that they are no earthly good. This is not the case with Marion. After she shares, she shows that she cares. In the appendix, she lists many resources that provide access to information for disorders such as autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, etc.  I am looking forward to her next work!  Anita B. King
